Services

Northwood Tiny Homes provides Tiny Home (ADU) installation services in Michigan. Our services include a custom build including Design, Permitting, and Construction.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without liability. Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts.

Licensing and Insurance

Northwood Tiny Homes is fully licensed and insured to perform Tiny Home (ADU) installations in Michigan.

Warranties and Limitations

We provide a warranty on our installations. This warranty is limited to specify limitations. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

SMS Communication Terms

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Northwood Tiny Homes.

a. We send SMS messages about appointment reminders, project updates, and occasional promotions related to Tiny Home installations.

b. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

c. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to nichole@northwoodtinyhomes.com or (231) 420-1554.

d. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

e. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
